What are our shipping costs?

Our shipping costs can be found in the table below. Minimum order value EUR 50.00.

Can you return?

You have 14 days to return the order made without giving any reason. The full amount, including shipping costs, will be credited within 14 days after receiving and approving the products. The return shipping costs are at your expense. If you wish to make use of the return option, the delivered products and accessories should be returned in unused condition within 14 days after receiving the products. You can contact us via info@krakchocolade.nl to request a return shipment.

What can be returned:

• Chocolate bars that have melted or turned white due to heat.
• Unopened products.
• Products with manufacturing defects.
• An incorrectly sent product.*

What cannot be returned:

• Bars that have been consumed (eaten).
• Broken bars.**

*If you have received an incorrect product, you can return it free of charge. We will make sure you receive the correct product as soon as possible.

**We take utmost care in packing the chocolate carefully. However, it is possible that the bar breaks during shipping. This doesn't affect the taste but is useful to know.
